Please complete the form below to register an eligible child for the Sandhills Guardian Foundation Birthday Gift Program, generously sponsored by the Southern Pines Rotary Club.

Who is eligible?
Children and youth currently in foster care who live in Moore County or whose foster care case originates in Moore County are eligible for the program.

To ensure we have enough time to fulfill each birthday wish, please submit requests at least two months before the child’s birthday.
